Masterpets’ BlackHawk premium pet food brand was provided with a last minute opportunity to be the principal sponsor of the Canine Competition at the 2018 Brisbane Royal Show (the Ekka) – the largest annual event of its kind in Brisbane. They needed something special.

How we helped – event management strategy

We often do our best work under pressure. As soon as we got the brief, we developed a detailed event management strategy which included each stage of the project, from concept to implementation. We liaised with show organisers and stand builders regarding time frames and permits. Then we designed, produced and installed a 6m x 4m customised exhibit. This was complemented by ceiling banners and corflute signage for the show ring and surrounds. We supervised the labourers for the build and dismantle. And we had a supervisor and team of brand ambassadors with vet science backgrounds during the show. We also took care of all sample stock replenishment.
