Nestle requested that D2C’s field teams deploy Allen’s Oak Flavoured Milk Bottle off locations across all Aldi stores Australia-wide, a total of 558 within 7 days. Nestle was looking for a high level of compliance as this was the first time that Aldi were allowing Nestle to install off-locations in their stores. D2C achieved 99% compliance – more than any other merchandising company had achieved working with Nestle. The result would have been 100% if the transportation had not lost a number of displays. To assist with the management of the deployment D2C created a Tableau dashboard to present the results – including before and after photos; in real time.
