The Philips field teams that we deploy in-store conduct both one-on-one and group training for retail staff. The sessions vary to reflect the needs of each store – whether that’s a 15-minute training session on a specific product feature, or teaching a store how to maintain a product. The team can also schedule lengthier sessions with a store to coincide with new product launches. A higher number of floor staff are usually on-hand for these demonstrations – which could see them making coffee in a Philips Fully Automatic Coffee Machine or baking cupcakes in the newest Philips Air Fryer model.
