And in 2015, they first partnered with us to oversee an demonstrator program – first targeting their mobile phones and then shifting focus to the LG Smart TV collection. The initiative spanned several years, with demonstrators placed in top-performing retail outlets to give consumers a real feel for the products’ amazing capabilities. Additional staff took to the stores during major seasonal promotions and product debuts. The program helped elevate LG to its position as the second-largest electrical brand in Australia based on market share – and our supported grew beyond smart TVs to white goods and vacuum cleaners too.
