Our partnership with Samsung saw the development of a built a year-long demonstration calendar – and one of the largest teams of demonstrators we’ve ever managed. As many as 200 staff worked each day on weekends around Australia – after taking part in rigorous product and sales training sessions that equipped them with the skills and knowledge to convert sales in-store. Samsung hit 40% share of the TV market within 12 months – the highest it had ever recorded since entering the Australian market. We managed the campaign for 4 years, eventually broadening our scope to include white goods and vacuum cleaners.
