We work with HP’s field team to develop and run training sessions in electronic retail stores across Australia on the latest HP products in market. The training includes both on the spot 1-on-1 training, along with dedicated sessions that all store personnel take part in after-hours. With a combination of brand-approved training decks and live product demonstrations, the program aims to empower all staff to know the ins and outs of HP products – so that they can deliver an altogether better sales experience.
